Recharge Day: Campus Labyrinth (Outdoor)

Did you know there is a labyrinth on campus? Join us in Frisina Quad, near NTID, to walk the labyrinth. This simple contemplative walking exercise is a good way to reduce stress, center your mind, and connect to that which is important to you. Staff will be on hand to provide instructions if you've never walked the labyrinth before. We promise you won't get lost! ASL interpreters will be present. Event is first come, first serve based on supplies and space capacity.
