RIT Catering Pop Up: Chili Dogs

The Restaurant and Event Management spring 2022 class is taking over the RIT Catering Pop Ups this semester!
In this RIT Catering Pop Up series, each student is creating, managing, and executing the entire menu.
On Thursday, March 31, stop by the Student Alumni Union lobby from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for a foot-long chili cheese dog and tater tot poutine. The menu was constructed by RIT student, Garret Silva.
