The Restaurant and Event Management spring 2022 class is taking over the RIT Catering Pop Ups this semester!
In this RIT Catering Pop Up series, each student is creating, managing, and executing the entire menu.
On Tuesday, March 29, stop by Ellie's Place in the CSD Student Development Center from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for a jumbo stuffed baked potato.
