RIT Catering Pop Up: Loco Moco

Are you going loco for some new food to try? The RIT Catering Pop Up featuring the Spring 2022 Restaurant and Event Management class will be serving Loco Moco, a Hawaiian Garbage Plate, at the SAU Lobby on Thursday, Feb. 24, 11 a.m-12:30 p.m.
The menu, prepared by Shuju "Shu" Gillis, a fourth-year hospitality and tourism management student, includes rice and hamburger patties, topped off with gravy and a fried egg, and served with a side of mac salad.
