The RIT Catering Pop Up featuring the spring 2022 restaurant and event management class will be serving traditional Mexican quesadillas and enchiladas in the SAU Lobby, Tuesday, Mar. 1, 11 a.m-12:30 p.m.

The menu was prepared by Cristian Ochoa, a third-year hospitality and tourism management student.
