Into the ROC: Pawsitive Cat Cafe
Spend time volunteering with cats! This is the purr-fect opportunity to perform community service while enjoying some much needed snuggles with cats of all shapes and sizes at The Pawsitive Cat Cafe. Come prepared to spend time with the resident cats to benefit their socialization needs! Since this is a cafe — tea, coffee, and (human) treats are available for purchase.
More about The Pawsitive Cat Cafe: "A cat cafe is a place that you can pick up a snack and/or beverage and spend some time with cats! We here at the cafe believe in “Pawsitivity!” Cats have been known to lower blood pressure and stress levels, which in these times is something we can all benefit from. We’re here to prescribe a healthy dose of cats to you! Many of the fuzzy friends you meet at any cat cafe are adoptable, and we are no different! There are an estimated 3.2 million cats put in shelters nationwide every year and we want to do our part to lower that number here in Rochester!!"
A van will leave the Sentinel Statue at 11 a.m.
