Roving Shakespeare Troupe

Learn about the new Roving Shakespeare Troupe! Student actors will perform 10-minute versions of Shakespeare plays at different locations on campus. Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing actors will work together and perform in ASL and spoken English.

The plays will be fun, energetic and accessible! We plan on performing at events like Brick City Homecoming & Family Weekend and random pop up performances. We will be flexible and create the performances together.

We encourage all interested students to come learn more about this project, do some acting exercises, play with Shakespearean text, ask questions, and get to know more about the troupe we are forming. Interpreters will be provided. You can drop in during that time and stay for a few minutes, or feel free to stay longer and play!
