Terrelle Carswell is an Information Security executive on the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team within Global Information Security (GIS). His team works with technology partners and lines of business to manage information security, strategy, and risk. Currently, he leads the Global Support Functions BISO team which supports Global Human Resources, Chief Administrative Office,

Legal, Audit and Credit Review, Global Risk Management, Chief Financial Office, Employee Technology Support, and Global Business Services.

Terrelle joined Bank of America in January 2006 to lead Physical Security for ATM Technology with a focus on alarms, video monitoring, compliance, and standards for the entire network of 16,000+ ATMs.

In 2010, Terrelle transitioned to the ATM Channel, taking his role with him while expanding his scope to include fraud mitigation and information security. This included designing the security standards for ATM with Teller Assist (ATA) and hosting two ATM Security Summits. These summits included industry experts, external security partners, and key internal stakeholders.

Terrelle received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where he has served on the Alumni Network Board of Directors and the College of Business Alumni Advisory Council. He holds six patents for ATM Fraud Mitigation solutions.

Terrelle resides in Charlotte, N.C., where he is active in corporate and community mentoring programs, and recruits and interviews for the bank’s Global Technology organization and Retail Bank MBA Rotational Program. He serves on the GIS Inclusion Council as a global co-champion and is a Global Technology co-building leader for the Fifth Third Center. He also serves on the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Office of Career Services Advisory board and Saunders College of Business National Council. He was recognized in 2019 as a Bank of America Global Diversity and Inclusion Award recipient, and in 2022 as a RIT Saunders College of Business Alumni Outstanding Business Leader Award recipient.

Reuben Zielinski Headshot

Reuben Zielinski graduated from SUNY Alfred in 1982 with an A.A.S. in E.E.T., RIT in 1985 with a B.S.E.E., RPI in 1989 with a M.S.M.E., and back to RIT in 1996 with an EMBA (Class II).  Reuben spent 13 years in IBM in various engineering, management, and sales roles.  Reuben pivoted in 1997 and went into medical devices and pharmaceuticals, working for Fortune 100 companies as well as startups.   Reuben rose to the executive ranks of VP and GM before looking to do something on his own.  Having an affinity for startups, Reuben co-founded Redux with his neighbor and is currently the CEO.  Redux makes vacuum dryers for smart phones, tablets, and hearing aids and have their dryers installed in 3700 Verizon stores (selling water protection memberships) as well as approximately 5000 installed hearing aid dryers.  In the past year, Reuben developed new consumer products based on his invention of Electronic RiceTM.  Reuben has over 70 product and process patents in various industries he has worked in. He enjoys learning new skills and developing products with his co-workers, his medical doctor son, and a few of his sons’ friends.  An example of these types of products is a current marketed mask SinuSauna for Rhino virus attenuation.    Reuben’s greatest achievement is maintaining a well-balanced career while raising a family and staying happily married for nearly 40 years. Reuben remains active at RIT, having a voice in both the National Business Council as well as the Presidents Roundtable.
