Sing with the RIT Gospel Ensemble this fall!
The RIT Gospel Ensemble is an RIT Music Ensemble within the College of Liberal Arts. The ensemble is once again being offered as a Wellness Education music course (WMUS 4) as well.
Our ensemble members come from a variety of backgrounds. We do not audition for our group, and we welcome RIT faculty, staff, students, and alumni, as well as members of the other colleges in the Rochester community. Our membership includes Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing individuals.
The first open rehearsal of the Fall 2021 semester will be on Monday, August 23 at 6:30pm in the SAU A120 music room. No preparation required! Please contact the Director, Mr. Wardell Lewis, for more information or with any questions. (585) 281-7340.
We will continue offer online rehearsals via Zoom for this semester. We have singing masks that will be worn as well as members being 12 to 15 feet from each other.
