Thought At Work presents designer Tim Hykes
Thought At Work, an annual design conference organized by RIT students, presents designer Tim Hykes as part of its fall online speaker series.

Named a 2019 Adobe UX Designer to Watch, Hykes is a UX consultant with World Wide Technology. He is known for his personal project, 28 Days of Black Designers, in which he profiled one Black designer each day on social media throughout Black History Month (February). Other side projects include his YouTube channel, a podcast and the organization of the Design + Diversity Conference.
His presentation will explore how he's evolved to create a meaningful career as, in many cases, the only Black designer in the room.
