Tiger Tales: Story Time for Young Children

This special weekend storytime features stories celebrating diversity and focused on acceptance and compassion. Exposing children to literature that presents people of different cultures in a positive light and celebrates their diversity is one simple first step to creating better citizens and a just society. We will be reading two to three specially curated books, sharing songs/fingerplays, and providing a simple activity/craft. This event is open to the entire RIT community and the general public. Content is geared to children ages 1-5; all ages are welcome. We proudly feature Jarron Mortimer, director of the Center for Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, as our guest reader.
