Full Day Programming

  • 8:30 am – 10:30 am: Embracing Neurodiversity with Terri Monsees
    • Explore common challenges and misconceptions about neurodivergent individuals, learn practical and reflect on real-world scenarios and case studies to build empathy and actionable skills.
  • 11:00 am – 1:00 pm: Bridging Generational Gaps with Molly McGowan, Ph.D.
    • Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, discover defining characteristics, values, and communication preferences of each generation. Identify areas of friction that can be reframed as growth opportunities, and develop strategies for improving cross-generational collaboration and fostering mutual respect.
  • 1pm-2pm Break (Lunch provided for full-day participants)
  • 2:00 pm– 4:00 pm: Managing a Global Workforce with Rick Lagiewski, Ph.D.
    • In today’s interconnected world, businesses increasingly rely on a global workforce to drive innovation and growth. Explore the complexities of international teams and gain strategies to effectively collaborate across diverse cultural and geographical landscapes to foster a cohesive work environment.
