Virtual Quarantine Connection

Are you feeling isolated in your hotel room or off campus apartment? Maybe struggling with feelings of loneliness, worry, anger, or shame related to being exposed to COVID-19? You are not alone. Join two of Counseling and Psychological Services’ therapists, Lisa Rizzo and Grace Weinstein for an informal, drop-in discussion to connect, problem-solve, and support one another in quarantine.

Students must register for each session on CampusGroups. A Zoom link will be provided upon registration.

*Interpreters are available

Note: Drop-in connections are designed to provide skills to assist with coping. They do not provide mental health treatment. If you would like to speak with a counselor, call Counseling and Psychological Services at 585-475-2261 during business hours or 1-855-436-1245 after hours. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or an emergency mental health service in your local community.
