Yoga and Pilates Summer Series at Tait Preserve

Join us for our Yoga and Pilates Summer Series at Tait Preserve on:
- Saturday, May 24th for Yoga Foundations at 10 a.m. and Intro to Pilates at 11:30 a.m.
- Saturday, June 14th for Yoga Foundations at 10 a.m. and Intro to Pilates at 11:30 a.m.
- Saturday, July 26th for Yoga Foundations at 10 a.m. and Intro to Pilates at 11:30 a.m.
Here is a snapshot of what to expect for each class:
- Yoga Foundations - Enjoy a combination of approachable strength building, balancing and stretching poses, short flowing sequences, along with breath work and relaxation. Beginners are welcome.
- Intro to Pilates - Learn the foundations of mat Pilates, including stabilization, breathing and control. Gain awareness and understand the purpose of movement patterns. Review of all major strength areas: core, back, hips and legs.
We hope you can join us for one of our eight classes at the Tait Preserve. You will be able to enjoy a relaxing meditation or workout in a tranquil place. This Yoga and Pilates series will help you stay warm, energized, and centered during the warmer months. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or find inner peace, our classes have got you covered. Please register for your chosen Yoga or Pilates class. Classes are open to the RIT community and their guests. It is $10 per class and space is limited. Registration can be found at rittickets.com or by clicking the register now button in the upper right corner.
