Join a CLASS ACT: Preview of Winter Classes at OLLI at RIT

Introductory sessions scheduled for Monday and Wednesday, Jan. 8 and 10

Invigorate your minds during the cold winter months and enjoy participating in a class act at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Rochester Institute of Technology, formerly The Athenaeum. New participants as well as members—ages 50 and over—are welcome to enjoy a preview of winter classes, coffee and refreshments.

OLLI at RIT will host a preview of winter courses below on Jan. 8 and 10 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sessions are free and open to the public.

Preview classes on Monday include: Shakespeare in Performance, The History of Jazz, Four Famous Women Scientists and Contemporary Events. Wednesday’s sessions feature: Express Yourself in Writing, Understanding the Human Brain, Human Memory and Learning, and Read The New Yorker.

OLLI at RIT is conveniently located near campus at 150 Research Blvd., Henrietta. The building is handicapped accessible and free parking is available.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at RIT, formerly The Athenaeum, celebrates its 20th anniversary as an academic-style learning center for adults over 50.
