Mahmud publishes in 'Decision Support Systems'
Hasan Mahmud, postdoctoral research associate in the Office of the Provost, published the paper “Human–Robo-advisor collaboration in decision-making: Evidence from a multiphase mixed methods experimental study” in Decision Support Systems. Using a combination of behavioral experiment, thematic analysis, and quantitative testing, the study examines how humans and AI-based robo-advisors collaborate in stock investment decision-making.
