The Product Development Process: It’s About Winning in the Marketplace, by Robert Boehner, RIT distinguished lecturer
Marketing Makable Products vs. Making Marketable Products, by Stan Caplan, president of Usability Associates
Highlighting the conference will be a keynote speech by Mark Schneider, chief technical officer of consumer imaging for Eastman Kodak Co. In his talk, Lessons in Making Product Development Successful in a Complex World, Schneider will share practical lessons in project management, communication, strategic alignment, product definition and the importance of aligning product development with the capabilities of the broader business.
