Samad and AlObaidi co-author chapter on Dubai's digital transformation
Wael Samad, associate professor of mechanical engineering at RIT Dubai, and Anmar AlObaidi, engineering management graduate student, co-authored a chapter titled “Innovative Digital Transformation of Issuing Final Clearance Certificates for Infrastructure Projects in Dubai,” published in The Emerald Handbook of Smart Cities in the Gulf Region: Innovation, Development, Transformation, and Prosperity for Vision 2040.
