The annual outreach project is a collaboration between the School of Art in RIT's College of Art and Design, MST Program, Joseph Avenue Arts and Culture Alliance, and the City of Rochester's Recreation Bureau. The outreach is geared toward children and families from Rochester's underserved Northeast Quadrant.&nbsp;</p>
