Kramer Wealth Managers is seeking an energized and engaged professional individual to grow with our rapidly expanding organization. The Client Relationship Representative is responsible for “owning” the client relationship, driving the process from inception to ongoing value-creation and creating an emotionally-charged experience with the client. We seek a team member who can grow into a strategic contributor and will participate in the evolving demands and opportunities of our organization.
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage deaf, hearing and hard of hearing clients, communicate proactively and effectively, and engage in their role with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Primary contact for incoming video phone calls from deaf clients
• Support five Deaf financial advisors in building and maintaining client relationships by assisting with ongoing paperwork and planning details for clients
• Deepen client relationships by understanding client situations, goals, and preferences
• Execute client appreciation initiatives
• Maintain or exceed quality standards for the processing of all client paperwork, data reconciliation, issue tracking and resolution, and service
• Research and resolve direct client inquiries
• Establish and contribute ideas on current firm processes, procedures, and protocols
• Compile and maintain back office records and activities ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory procedures and guidelines
• Generate client reports for review with firm management
• Compile account paperwork for client meetings and reviews
• Other duties as assigned to facilitate overall firm and office operations

Requirements:
• American Sign Language native-user proficiency level (equivalent to ASL PI level 4 or greater)
• Familiarity and confidence with Video Phone technology
• Impeccable written and verbal/signed communication skills
• Minimum of three years experience in office or customer service environment is preferred
• Some knowledge of financial services and operations preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Strong aptitude for learning cloud based technology applications
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Empathy, caring and respect for others with the willingness to serve
• High degree of accuracy and attention-to-detail
• Must be energetic, think creatively and have impeccable business ethics and standards
• Able to complete Series 7, 63 (or 66), and state life and health insurance licenses within two years
