Deputy Director responsibilities include formulating overall strategy,
managing people and establishing policies.
To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter, think outside

people develop and be productive, while engaging in sustainability activities
to ensure our profits are on the rise.

Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities include:
•	Design strategy and set goals for growth: Sustainability of current
programs and develop new programs.
•	Responsible for assisting ED with fundraising and all special projects.
•	Engage with the Executive Director and Deputy Director of Administrative
Services in budget reviews and optimize revenues.
•	Oversee day-to-day program operations including staff supervision.
•	Assist in the overall professional development of staff.
•	Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
•	Evaluate and improve program operations and financial performance.
•	Prepare regular reports for senior management.
•	Lead projects that improve productivity and provide solutions to issues
that impact the workforce, funding and sustainability.



Requirements:
Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in Business, Education, Health and Human Services or equivalent
to meet the needs of the position.

•	Understand Deaf Culture, have American Sign Language skills or be engaged
in ASL classes to have the ability to communicate with a team of Deaf
Professionals.
•	Proven experience as a project manager/developer or a similar executive
role.
•	Strong skill set in project development, planning and budgeting.
•	Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement,
operations etc.)
•	Strong analytical ability.
•	Excellent communication skills.
•	Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
•	Problem-solving aptitude.
