The Human Resource and compliance portion is serving as the key point of contact for our potential new field interpreter candidates, our current field employees and contractors. HR duties include coordinating and managing the onboarding process, ongoing management of personnel files and compliance (licenses, vaccinations etc.) tracking. Coordination for applicants to be screened and interviewed by management, for both office and interpreter positions.
Compliance information is managed for both internal PI and client requirements and reporting. Compliance can range from healthcare vaccination tracking, encounter and fill rate reports; client required security documentation and protocol; client required orientation/training. Also, coordination for any professional development and training required of PI’s interpreters and CART writers. All our systems must be kept up to date with profile compliance and professional info.
For payroll, you will assist our internal Payroll Administrator manage interpreter timesheets and coordination of any other benefits information, census, audits or reports as it relates to payroll.
Skills and Qualifications
Fluency in English and ASL (preferred); Excellent written and verbal English/ASL communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Business Suite and CRM
Comfortable with various technology, software programs, willing to learn various software applications
College degree in HR or related preferred
Must be flexible, detailed oriented, creative, multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Experience and Attributes

Experience in client services within interpreting services
