Job Title: Engineering Technician 
Job Type: Permanent
Job Description:
•	Design, develop, document, and implement formal test plans and procedures
using tools.
•	Coordinate and review results validity with Product Specialists and
record results and generate/update known issues database.
•	Perform extensive research, development, and testing during implement
phase of products.
•	Inspect products and processes for flaws and identify areas of
improvement.
•	Conduct tests and collect data.
•	Constructs, develops, or alters breadboards, models, parts, machines, or
instruments to Engineering specifications.
•	Collaborate with developers to reproduce and investigate issues.
•	Verify that all acceptance criteria are met per product specification.
•	Analyze issues and identify alternative solutions or workarounds.



Requirements:
•	3+ years of Technician experience conducting product testing
(environmental, vibration, IP-6x).
•	Experience designing and qualifying test fixtures during development
phase.
•	Experience with test instrumentation (i.e., temperature, flow, pressure,
low voltage analog, function generators, oscilloscopes).
•	Work well within teams and individually.
•	Experience in industry protocols (IEC-61850, DNP, Modbus), Ethernet
systems, protocol analyzers, and industry SCADA practices a plus.
•	Knowledge of Agile and Scrum framework a plus.
•	Technician or Associates degree in Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical
Engineering, Electronics, or similar degree desired.
