Qualifications:
 5-10 years of post-graduate experience.
 Professional degree in interior design or architecture.
 Experience working in Higher Education is a plus.
 Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup.
 Ability to work successfully with other designs professionals in collaborative work environment.
 Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
 Thorough understanding of the design and documentation process and ability to create, direct, and manage
large-scale projects from conception to completion.
 Superior graphic skills and ability to communicate design intent through both digital and traditional graphic
mediums.
 Proven experience in successfully managing clients and team decisions.
 Experience working with large consultant teams.
 Proficiency in selection and specification of interior materials and FF&E.
 Thorough understanding of interior architectural technology, documentation, and building codes.
 Able and willing to travel.
