Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct Individual, group and family counseling sessions
• Complete assessments in a timely manner
• Provide case management
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree considered if all licenses acquired (Master's degree preferred)
• LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC and/or LCADC
• Fluent in ASL
• 1 year experience in SUD treatment
• Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years Vehicle with current insurance and registration
