The Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) seeks a committed, engaging, and collaborative individual to coordinate the After-Hours Emergency Services Program. The After-Hours Emergency Services Coordinator (AHE Coordinator) is primarily responsible for scheduling communication access providers for after-hours emergency on-call shifts monthly, as well as accepting emergency requests from the community and deploying communication access providers to those emergencies, either from the on-call schedule or if no one is scheduled, from the back-up list of providers who have indicated they are willing to be contacted for emergencies.

This is a fully remote position.

Knowledge of Deaf Culture, American Sign Language and Interpreter practices strongly preferred.
