Job Description

Perform a cybersecurity assessment to assess the cybersecurity risks that TDI faces with current data management procedures and create a plan for minimizing cybersecurity risks with suggestions on how to implement this plan.

This position is a short term, remote, contract position working closely with a TDI Board member who has experience in cybersecurity and Google Workspace. It is anticipated that this task will require:

• 30-60 manhours depending on skill and experience level
• Four hour-long meetings with TDI staff / board member (3 working meetings and 1 presentation to the board)
• Target completion date – Dec 1, 2024 (open to negotiation)

Deliverables
• Final report to TDI Board (3-5 pages)
• Demo and training materials for any recommended procedures
Requirements

Skills required
• Google Workspace administrative experience (Advanced, or willing to reach this level independently prior to beginning the project)
• Data retention and archival experience (Basic level)
• Cyber data security and hacking prevention (Basic level)
