This intern will assist in coordinating educational programs, supporting quality assurance audits, and improving internal processes. Ideal for students pursuing a degree in nursing, human services, public health, human resources, or a related field. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering staff development and training activities. • Support the tracking and documentation of employee competencies, certifications, and required trainings. • Participate in internal audits to ensure regulatory and policy compliance. • Help develop and update educational materials and training documentation. • Gather and analyze data for performance improvement initiatives and compliance metrics. • Collaborate with staff to assess training needs and identify areas for process improvement. • Attend QA and training meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items. • Provide administrative support to the Staff Development and QA teams as needed. VARIABLES: Generally works Monday-Friday Requirements: EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Human Resources, or human services related field. EXPERIENCE: Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with LMS or QA software a plus.
