| Requirements | Fluent in ASL (required) Passionate about the Deaf community, accessibility, and inclusive communication Adaptability in understanding different popular social media platforms Ability to brainstorm creative ways to attract interest and build community Basic video editing or graphic design skills (preferred but not required) Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organization skills |
