| Job Description | As the Manager, HRBP you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across North America and Canada. In addition to serving as the HRBP for one of our global business units: GTM + Strategy (Sales, Growth, Marketing) You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels — Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives. This is a highly visible, strategic role critical to a growing and complex region. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. Given the scope and autonomy of the role, this position requires a solid understanding of regional employment practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones. |
