Session Selection

Please list your educational background per line (College, Degree Awarded, Major, Year)
Create a 2 minute video in ASL, describing who you are and why you are interested in participating in the CIDI program.
Save your video on YouTube, set as Unlisted, and enter the YouTube link to the video here.
If accepted, I agree to complete the entire program as outlined.
The online course materials will be disseminated upon acceptance into the program.
