NCE assists deaf and hard-of-hearing students, graduating students and alumni with their job search and works with employers to facilitate hiring of highly qualified co-op students and graduates.

The main role of the NTID Center on Employment (NCE) is to assist current students and graduates with their job search. Employment Advisors provide job search tutoring that can help you write or improve your resume and cover letter, complete a job application, put together a list of references and a portfolio, find job announcements on the Web and apply, and much more.


Hiring RIT/NTID deaf and hard-of-hearing co-op students and graduates can give your businesses a competitive advantage by bringing today's high-tech skills and diversity to the workplace.
