This collaborative event is hosted by Women in Engineering, Women in Computing, and Women in Technology in conjunction with Accepted Student Open House. This event is open to all accepted students regardless of gender identity. We invite everyone to learn more about the experience of women in STEM and the support systems available on our campus.

3:00 p.m. Check-in & Mingling: Meet current student leaders over light refreshments.
3:30 p.m. Welcome Panel: Student leader Q&A session
4:15 p.m. College Breakouts: Scavenger hunt and college-based hands-on activities Parent Networking: Casual conversation with current students
4:45 p.m. College Breakout sessions continue Parent Program Concludes: Parents/Guests are free for the evening
6:00 p.m. Social Hour: Pizza, salad, and crafts with your future classmates --

Meet Our Student Organizations

Our community is built on the collaboration of three distinct groups dedicated to supporting students in STEM.

Women in Engineering

Women in Engineering focuses on empowering students across all engineering disciplines. Through mentorship and professional development, Women in Engineering prepares students for leadership roles within the engineering professions. 

 

Women in Computing

From software development to cybersecurity, Women in Computing creates a space for students to explore the digital frontier. Our members benefit from peer-to-peer coding support, hackathons, and networking with industry tech companies.

 

Women in Technology

Women in Technology bridges the gap between technical skill and leadership. This group focuses on the applied sciences and the evolution of technology in the modern workforce, fostering a community of leaders ready to establish the future of industry.
