What does community mean to you during this time of social distancing? Share, alongside other RIT students, your challenges, realizations and appreciations while strengthening your RIT community. Join this special workshop JUST for students. Allow us to honor your experiences by sharing your stories with Diversity Theater actors and musicians who will re-enact your stories on the spot using Playback Theatre—a dynamic multi-sensory storytelling experience with music, theater, and movement in an online space. Please register by October 6, space is limited.
This workshop will:

Create a dynamic multi-sensory storytelling experience using music, theatre, and movement experienced in an online space.

Present proven theatre-based methods used in various industries for team building, community engagement, inclusiveness and education.

Engage participants as volunteer storytellers to share self-reflections, realizations, appreciations, challenges and new ways of building community during this unprecedented time in history.

Include professionally-trained Playback Theatre facilitator-actors with experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training and education.
