Faith & Feelings: Exploring the Intersection of Spirituality and Mental Health
Join Spirituality and Religious Life (SRL) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS) for a four-week discussion group on spirituality and mental health. Unsure of what to expect? Each week's session (October 8, 15, 22, and 29, from 3-4 p.m.) will build upon the next—teaching Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools, while helping students grow in their conception of faith or no faith—we’ll explore how Spirituality and Mental Health intersect on our life's journey to discover and make meaning.
Attendance is limited for this grant-funded pilot program, so please register as soon as it opens on August 25!
*Training of the facilitators, Andrew Cirillo (University Chaplain) and Joshua Dentley (Staff Therapist), was provided with support of the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab and the Ruderman Family Foundation.
