Resilience means being able to cope with tough times. When something bad happens, you still feel anger, grief, and pain but you're able to bounce back and keep going.

At this workshop, you will learn tools to help endure hardships and adapt to change from the College of Computing's embedded mental health counsellor.

First-year computing students encouraged to attend.
Open to all RIT students.
Registration is preferred but not required.
