Global Futures BS promises expertise, inspiration, and adaptable skills to explore and shape new possibilities in nearly every industry across the globe. Join us to learn more about this fascinating, future-proof field of study with an overview including:
- What is future studies or global futures as an academic discipline and major?
- Building a toolbox of high-demand skills like global business and economic literacy, trend analysis, strategic problem solving, design thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration, and more.
- Envisioning and preparing for careers that don't even exist yet.
The event will include pizza, light refreshments, a brief presentation by Program Director Associate Professor Jessica Hardin, Ph.D., and time to mingle.
Current and future RIT students, faculty, admissions advisors, leaders, and program supporters are warmly welcomed to attend, learn more, and celebrate innovation at RIT.
