Imposter Syndrome Workshop
Join WE@RIT (Women in Engineering) & SWE (Society for Women Engineers) for a workshop on Imposter Syndrome, otherwise known as Imposterism. Do you ever feel like a fraud? Like everyone is more knowledgeable than you are? Most STEM students feel that way at some point or another. In this workshop we will define what Imposterism is, identify it in our own lives, and introduce mechanisms to overcome it. Join WE@RIT AND a panel of KGCOE alumnae for this informative workshop!
