Submit to RIT’s Events Calendar
Use RIT’s Events Calendar to promote your event!
All RIT faculty and staff have the ability to submit events to the calendar. Those events are then reviewed and published by their college’s or division’s event stewards.
Event stewards are responsible for tagging events with colleges/divisions, departments/schools, programs, and other keywords to publish the event to the appropriate RIT webpages in order to reach the intended audiences.
Important: Once you enter and submit your event for review and publishing, any edits to that event will need to be submitted to your Event Steward.
The Center for Campus Life is responsible for the coordination and oversight of all events organized by student clubs, organizations, chapters, and groups. Student organizations should follow the process for planning on-campus events on the Center for Campus Life Event Planning page.
