Zzz's Get Degrees: 30 Day Sleep Challenge!

Are you tired of missing your alarms? Do you want to catch some more Zzz's? Sleep is essential for our overall well-being, and RIT Health Promotion is excited to embark on a journey to a better night’s rest! Over the next 30 days, we challenge you to follow our sleep journal and make strides towards higher quality sleep!

You will be provided with weekly messages of encouragement, and optional check ins with our Wellness Peer Educators to support you throughout this process!

As part of this challenge, you will be asked to complete a pre- and post-survey to evaluate your success. If you complete the challenge and all evaluation materials, you will be entered to win a prize!
