Zzz's Get Degrees: 30 Day Sleep Challenge!

We're almost half way through the semester! Are you tired of missing your alarms? Do you want to catch some more Zzz's? Sleep is essential for our overall well-being, and the Office of Health Promotion is excited to embark on a journey to a better night’s rest!

Over the course of 30 days, we challenge you to follow our sleep journal and make strides towards higher quality sleep!

You are welcome to complete this challenge on your own or with a friend in your own space! You will be provided with virtual support from students and professional staff through weekly messages of encouragement and drop-in hours with our Wellness Peer Educators!

As part of this challenge, you will be asked to complete a pre-survey, a post-survey, and a program feedback form to evaluate your own success and the success of the program. Should you complete the challenge and all evaluation materials, you will receive an Amazon gift card!
