Behavioral Research Lab (3052)

The Behavioral Research Lab supports research and project work investigating human-technology interactions and the associated behaviors and decision-making resulting from these experiences. Interesting and complex hypotheses regarding individual and group dynamics, supported by experimentation and empirical data collection, are explored and analyzed through behavioral research conducted in this lab.

The Behavioral Research Lab is equipped with advanced hardware and software technologies designed to support both research and project-based learning opportunities for our students. The Behavioral Research Lab allows for direct and indirect human performance measures, including human-computer interactions, eye-tracking, survey measures and audio-visual behavioral coding. The Behavioral Research Lab comprises nearly 1,000 sq. ft. of space, including small and large study rooms, supported by a control room with two-way mirrors.

The Behavioral Research Lab additionally contains a Reception Area, Control Room, and two Breakout Rooms.
