Bazzell-Smith speaks to Asia Society
Kofi Bazzell-Smith, Future Faculty Fellow in the College of Art and Design, was an invited speaker at the Asia Society’s Art for Breakfast series on June 18 at the International House of Japan. During the talk, Bazzell-Smith discussed how immersive language study and combat sports in Japan inspired him to use manga as a bridge between cultures.
