Choi recieves Housing Research Manuscript Award
Soon Hyeok Choi, assistant professor of real estate finance, received the American Real Estate Society’s 2025 Housing Research Manuscript Award for his paper “The Winner’s Curse in Housing Markets,” which studies the adverse consequences of buying homes in bidding wars.
