Figer delivers keynote at CHIPS for Science conference
Donald Figer, director of the Center for Detectors, delivered the keynote talk on “Sensors and Detectors for Physical and Chemical Sciences” at the CHIPS for Science conference at the University of Texas at Austin. The event brought together leaders from defense, national labs, universities, and industry to explore how national investments in advanced packaging can drive research across fields such as biotechnology, geophysics, astronomy, quantum and AI hardware, chemistry, and physics.
