Kirmani receives funding from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s Defense Sciences Office
Ahmad Kirmani, assistant professor in the School of Chemistry and Materials Science, received funding from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s Defense Sciences Office through the Rads-to-Watts program. The research explores new approaches to generating electricity in environments where traditional power sources are limited and includes collaborators from the University of North Carolina and the National Laboratory of the Rockies.
