Lecturer honored at conference

Daniel Maffia, lecturer in NTID’s Department of American Sign Language and Interpreting Education, received the President’s Award at the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) national conference July 7-11 in Providence, R.I. The award is given to an RID member who shows exemplary service to the profession.
