Maheshwari presents at AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Singapore
Gaurank Maheshwari, a data science graduate student, presented “NewsLensAI: NER-Guided Summarization for Mitigating Hallucination and Bias in LLM-Based News Summaries” at the AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Singapore. Maheshwari’s research was completed under the guidance of Ashique KhudaBukhsh, assistant professor of software engineering, as part of graduate capstone research focused on reducing hallucinations and bias in AI-generated news summaries
