Project MUSE Announces RIT Cary Graphic Arts Press as Content Provider
Initiative will benefit and help ensure the viability of university presses

Project MUSE was founded as a not-for-profit collaboration between libraries and publishers in 1995 and is one of the most respected sources of high-quality scholarship in digital formats for the university community—with an online database of 500 academic journals and 12,000 electronic books.
Project MUSE recently announced the addition of the RIT Cary Graphic Arts Press to its select list of content providers.
“Already well known for its wide array of peer-reviewed electronic journals in the digital humanities and social sciences, Project MUSE has just formed the University Press Content Consortium through which scholarly monographs in e-formats from member publishers will be made available,” explains David Pankow, director of RIT Cary Graphic Arts Press.
“The inclusion of RIT’s award-winning university press in the UPCC will add much-needed graphic arts and visual media content to its holdings, along with scholarship from other RIT disciplines.”
