RIT Economics and Public Policy Conference Highlights Student Research
Topics include water privatization and impact of terrorism on economic development
Rochester Institute of Technology hosts its second annual Economics and Public Policy Conference Friday, April 24. The symposium focuses on student research in fiscal policy, third world economics, alternative energy development and sustainable business and public policy. Topics include an analysis of the environmental and social costs of water privatization and a study of the impact of terrorism on economic development.
The event, sponsored by the Departments of Economics and Public Policy, is free and open to the public and presenters will be available for interviews before and after their sessions.
